Jeffrey W. Gabel - Founding Executive Director

Jeffrey Gabel is the Founding Executive Director of the Majestic Theater. Gabel has been in the performing arts and non-profit industry for more than 30 years as actor, singer, circus clown, public television executive and theater director. Gabel is an active community volunteer with the Gettysburg Rotary Club, Music! Gettysburg, Main Street Gettysburg and the GIGI Society. Jean Grubesky - Marketing Director

Jean Grubesky is the Marketing Director and has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Clarion with a double major in Marketing and Management. Before the Majestic Theater, Jean was the Vice President of Operations and Events Coordinator for the Boyds Bear Company for 16 years specializing in Special Events, Marketing, Management and Motor Coach Sales. Doreen DeRita - Front of House Manager

Doreen graduated from Catonsville College with a degree in business management/accounting. She has had multiple customer service jobs throughout her life, but most recently worked at McDonald's for many years, doing everything from training cashiers to keeping the accounting records. Jonathan Stiles - Technical Director

A graduate of Millersville University, Jon Stiles has served as Technical Director, Lighting Designer, Master Electrician, and Master Carpenter throughout Central Pennsylvania. In the past he has worked at the Rafters Theater at Millersville University, the Fulton Opera House, the Strand Capitol Performing Arts Center, Totem Pole Playhouse, and Mt. Gretna Playhouse. Robert Brown - Assistant Technical Director

Robert Brown graduated from Shippensburg University, and has been in involved in all aspects of the performing arts throughout Central Pennsylvania and Maryland. In the most recent past he served as Production Coordinator for "Bless This House" here at the Majestic. He has also worked as a Company Manager for NETworks Presentations, LLC. Susan Small - Altland House Director of Catered Events

Susan Small graduated from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree in Art History and Graphic Design.  She continued her education in Culinary Arts at L' Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg, MD; where she graduated with honors.  She has over 7 years of hospitality and event coordinating experience.  She represents the Altland House Hospitality Group for the Majestic Theater.  Contact Info: (717)337-8239 or susan_small@altlandhouse.com
